One immediate limitation was sharing a user's calendar in Exchange 2007/2010, we could add all-access permissions to a security group from the Exchange Mgt Console, then all members could add the shared calendar to view and edit within Outlook. ![]() We ran into similar limitations with 365 after migrating from onprem Exchange.
